Prepare Reed for open source - #3

Summary

• rebuild the GitHub landing page around Reed with an original brand hero and real demo-project macOS screenshots
• explain the macOS and native Android / Daylight DC-1 apps, input support, Git boundaries, and remote agent model
• add architecture, contribution, security, conduct, launch-checklist, issue-form, pull-request, and ownership documentation
• add least-privilege TypeScript and Android CI
• add repository metadata for discoverability

Validation

Boundaries

This does not make the repository public, choose a license, or add product networking. The remaining owner decisions are tracked in docs/OPEN_SOURCE_CHECKLIST.md.
